Tip of the week: 6-pack Abs



You have probably heard that abs are made in the kitchen. Yes partly true! Abs are made in kitchen and built in the gym.


This is true because 100% of the time, if your diet is crappy then your abs won't show.
A lot of us have 6-pack abs but they are covered by layer of fat which can only be permanently removed by 70% healthy diet and 30% exercise

If  you really want a visible 6-pack then stay away from junk foods & "get in bed" with d healthy ones and get moving!
