That white rice is gotten from brown rice. The difference between white rice anf brown rice is that white rice has been processed; The germ and bran (which are rich in fibre and other nutrients) have been removed but d brown rice still contains them. The presence of bran and germ in brown rice makes it nutritious and suitable for weightloss and diabetic patients cos it has a low gycemic index unlike white rice.
So if you’re trying to lose fat or build muscle or prevent fat from being gained or be healthier or just make any sort of improvement to the way your body looks, performs and functions, brown rice is the better choice.
