Avocado does not well with refrigerating. So if you are not eating it immediately, wait to add the avocado until just before serving.
Simple Avocado and Tomato Salad
Ingredient
Ripe plum tomato, 1-2 choppedRipe and firm avocado, 1 peeled, pitted and diced
Red (or white) onion, 1 small sliced or diced
Juice of 1 lime
extra virgin olive oil (Canola oil would do), 1/2 -1tbsp
Black pepper, dash or 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
