My workouts; Using gym equipment, Crossbow
 
Brisk walk to the gym - 28mins

‎Treadmill Speed inte‎rval(run, walk for few secs) - 10mins

Strength training pulling weight using gym equipment 

Seated abs crunches, weight 31.8 kgs, rep 50x2
 
‎Triceps extension/pull down, weight 27.1 Kgs, 20x3
 
Advance Russian twist(legs raised in table position), holding 4.5kg, 30x4
 
Hip abduction, weight 18.1kgs, rep 20 each leg
 
Leg extension, weight 4kg, rep 15 x 6
 
Walk(half 0way back) -10mins

Yeah! In that order... That's Florence's 'Weigh‎'
