Exercise of The Week: Running

Running is an enormously popular form of exercise. Running is not for everyone (yeah! I hate running.
I mostly do intervals of  run, walk,  run, walk. and  I've only ran twice non-stop for 10mins since my journey LOL but it's gonna be new fitness goal, to do 5k run), but it's one of the best  exercises you can do for your heart, your body and to burn more calories. It's also one of the more accessible workout - all you need is a good pair of shoes and a place to run...no special skills, fancy equipment. Even though it's accessible, it's not always easy beginning a running programme. It takes time to build up the endurance to run for even a short period of time.
