If you are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, then one day you eat an unhealthy meal; a whole pizza, bowl of ice, deep fried food etc.

2. All you need to do is get the extra calories off is by increasing the intensity of your exercise the next day or two, not by starving. Starvation is unhealthy!
