Exercise of The Week: Suwe

Remember Suwe?! You will know Suwe if you grew up in my time here in Nigeria(oh the sweet nostalgia!). It called Hopscotch in other part of the world, It is an age-old children’s game based on the principle of not treading on lines.


The Suwe is as a dynamic warm-up and is good for cardio aerobic workout. No equipment is needed so it can be done by almost anyone, anywhere. I came across this exercise through a fitness group I'm in, formed by Radiant Health Magazine.It seems fun and easy but it's not!
