Some days back, someone posted the above image on a fitness group I'm in of +Facebook , hmm I now look at my "dump" differently, LOL, whenever I go to the "White House" I either smile as I stir at the beauty of the end-product of healthy eating or stand there and ponder "what did I eat to produce such unhealthy mess?"...
