Wow! These beautiful women are setting a new standard. It's never to late to start living a healthy lifestyle!!
Better be late than never. I started 2yrs ago and I don't have a sport background, didn't even participated in egg race in primary school but look at me now.... I BUILT THIS!

Whatever healthy change you want to make, it’s not too late to see big benefits. Here are five ways to start

Get a handle on your health status.
this your first step toward healthy living and here some to-do list:
  • Measure your girth. Measure your height and weight to check your BMI, and measure your waist circumference to determine if you're overweight and if your waistline is putting your health at risk.
  • Assess your activity. How much physical activity and intensity do you engage in a typical week? The CDC recommends that adults get at least 2½ hours per week of moderate-intensity exercise or 1 hour and 15 minutes per week of high-intensity exercise, plus muscle-strengthening activities at least 2 days per week.
  • Keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat for a day -- and not fair skipping the food you're embarrassed about. The idea is to write it down thus helping you track your food in take and calorie and help keep you track on your goals.
  • Consider your social network. How strong are your connections with family and friends? Are you involved with social or spiritual groups that enrich your life?
Evaluate Habits and Set Goals.
Along with dietary habits, examine your other lifestyle choices. If you smoke, addicted drugs or overindulge in alcohol, cut back or quit. Consult your doctor or join a support group (if you need to) to find out tools that can help you quit. Make short-term achievable goals, like  going 110mins longer between each cigarette. Work out for at least 30mins, three times a week then the  next week add 10 minutes or add an extra day. With each goal attained, be proud of yourself.

Improve your diet.
There are all sorts of plans out there to help you lose weight, but it’s not only about dropping pounds, it's about eating right and healthy diet.

Be active more often.
Exercise lowers your risk of  illnesses

Get quality sleep.
Lack of sleep impacts your memory, emotions, weight and even your appearance.
