The actor, 63, showed off his new, slimmer look at new movie premiere in London. John Goodman has had an up-and-down weight loss journey, but now he's looking fitter than ever!
He the actor has lost over 70lb and recently told Men's health that able to achieve this by eating healthy and doing 40mins of cardio exercise morning and afternoon as well as some strength training.
