Rest Days: To train or not to train?


Rest day! Rest day! my dreaded day... LOL!
So!





Drop the dumbbells and keep yourself from working out or going to the gym!



Workout rest days are an essential part of any exercise programme to allow your body recuperate. On rest day(s) your body will grow and repair torn muscles using your nutritional intake from other days of the week. This how your muscles grow.

I understands that you love to workout and train as often as possible (I was like that too though out of ignorance). While the basic act of exercising is an important part of your daily life, you won’t get the best results if you do it every day! Besides, we spend some of our non-workout days performing non-conditioning exercises that burn calories too e.g. Cooking, washing dishes, shopping, sexual actives etc.

Please, keep yourself from working out or going to the gym one or two days a week and you’ll get better results in the long run.
