If you think that you are good or even exceptional, at what you do right now and that you are just fine then you ought to know that you can be 10 times better. TRUTH! Adopting a healthy lifestyle will change your view of everything! It may take some time to see changes but in due time the way you see the world will be changed forever.

Boston Marathoners

Last year we all watched in horror as chaos erupted near the finish line of the race. My heart goes out to the victims of a horrible crime. 
Last year marathoners from all over the world to paid tribute to all who suffered on that day. Those scarred from the blast, physically and mentally laced up their running shoes in a display of courage and resilience. I salute you!

  1. Nchedo this is great. Eating healthy and working out is very necessary. I'm proud that you loose all these weight. Wow! That must be difficult. Great job though. I love Jamaican dishes too. Goat-curry stew used to be my favorite, my husband cooks it well, but we stopped when we decided to go healthy. Keep it going girl!
