Preparing your meals ahead ensures you don't end up skipping meals or eating junk as well stay on track with your calorie count.
I know most people don't have time to cook everyday, so here is a tip;
You can prepare your meals during the weekend - on a not-so-busy day of weekend , package each meal for d week into plastic containers or lunch boxes and put them in d fridge. Every morning warm up the meal for d day in a microwave(if need be), put it a thermos bag and carry it with you to work or if are the lucky one that your office has a kitchenette for staff with microwave, you warm it there...
So start putting it in practice !
