NEVER Give up!




2013
Many months back, I could only do 5 reps of abs workout on the inversion table with the help of the gym instructor. Today, it’s a different story and tomorrow will also be! Don’t get discouraged by stuff you can’t do today because when you work hard, there is nothing you can’t achieve.  This goes out to all the ladies, I want to encourage/empower you to believe you can and to all the guys who continue to spur me on…thank you.
