Arms and abs moves for an intense, torching routine

Performing intervals during your regular workout can
help you lose more belly fat than only cardio, according to researchers. So
get ready to blast off fat with this 20-minute circuit that combines
fat-scorching body weight and equipment with score exercises that do
double-duty as your active recovery.
The Challenge
Do as many reps as possible of an exercise in 30
seconds, rest 15 seconds, and then move on to the next exercise. Once you have
completed the 5th exercise, rest for 30 seconds. That’s 1 set. Repeat 3sets more.
- Goblet squat
- Pushup
- Kettlebell (or dumbbell) swing
- Dumbbell rear-foot-elevated static lunge (split squat)
