One thing I love about social media right now is seeing amazing men and women out there aiming to build strength and gain mass. I can see a shift away from the super skinny days to people appreciating individuals with strength. However I know that there are some women who are still obsessed with being skinny, that they’ve resort to unhealthy means to achieve it. They try all sorts of weird pills, diets and detoxes just to be skinny.
Having a regular exercise schedule that is developed for your specific needs is a great way to improve your health.

To Be Healthy You Don’t Need To Starve

Eat plenty of nutritious food including good fats and good carbs. Under-eating is the worst thing you can do as it will slow down your metabolism and thus once you return back to eating normally your body will pile back on the fat very quickly and it can take a long time to repair and rebuild a healthy metabolism. The more times you put your body through harsh diets the more you're damaging it.

Exercise Smarter

Ill- health or injury may often be the instigator, but frailty is what kills us! Our bodies can't recover as well if we are not strong, which is why fitness experts recommend a balanced workout plan that includes strength, cardio, and flexibility training.

This doesn't mean you need to spend hours exercising each week. There's no problem fitting in 10-minute workout every morning, which is better for you than the steady-state hour-long workout session. Getting a basic pedometer and setting a goal of 10,000 steps per day (that's about 8km) to stay trim and healthy.

Strong And Fit, is Healthy
New research says, "hell yes, build those muscles! a higher level of muscle mass helps reduce the risk of death,  highlighting the importance of maintaining muscle mass, rather than focusing on being skinny, in order to prolong life. When you weight train and nourish your body with healthy food, your energy levels rise, your body changes physically but your mental state significantly improves too. I’ve seen many people obsessing over kind of food they eat and then living in a state of guilt when they have gone over. When you get strong and fit, you feel empowered, like you can take on anything. Day to day life becomes a lot much easier as with your new strength you are able to take on more stuff. You become super confident which to me is the healthiest way a person can be.
The aforementioned is especially noteworthy for women, as many of them fear that lifting weights will just make them bulking up into a "She-Schwarzenegger", especially if we are carrying extra weight. So they avoid doing exercises that will make them ‘stronger’. I have not found that to be true at all! I have become much trimmer and stronger. The only downside of this is that the scale sometimes shows a higher number, because muscle weighs more than fat. But while moderate fat loss does improve your health, study shows that getting fitter may deliver even bigger results.
Research ( ESPN ) has shown that typical woman is physically not capable of developing into She-Hulk because of insufficient levels of testosterone. Any woman who has a massively muscular physique is probably taking hormones supplement. While we all have different genetics, and some of us are predisposed to having more muscle mass than others, in general, you have to train for bulk to get bulk.

Maybe I have convinced you. Perhaps now, pondering quitting unhealthy measures… Severely deprive yourselves, this is not only unhealthy on the body physically but it also damages your metabolism, hormones, bone density etc. but is also extremely unhealthy on the mind. So please! Please! Please! Stay away from any weird diets and magic pills. And yeah ladies lift heavy. Apart from body sculpting and burning inter muscular fat, weight lifting help lower blood pressure, increase metabolism and lifting help lower blood pressure, increase metabolism and much more!
