I’m sure you all have noticed I repost a lot of Jillian Michaels’ motivational and inspiring newsletters. Well, she’s my ‘bestest’ and favourite pro fitness trainer, huge fan of her exercise videos.

Jillian Michaels is a bestselling writer, Emmy television personality nominee, and one of the top health and wellness experts. Perhaps considered one of the most inspiring people on television through her role as life coach, wellness expert, and trainer on her hit TV shows and regular TV appearances, Jillian has built a brand name for herself. 

Each week she motivates millions of individuals in all form of media from television to publication to the regular visitors to her Website and daily e-mail newsletter. As a role model and motivator, Jillian has a distinctive connection with her followers that springs from her own personal journey toward wellness. 

Before turning out to be a huge media success, Jillian struggled with her own weight. Her parents divorced at the age of 12, as a result of that she gained a lot of weight. In 8th grade Jillian was 5'2" and weighed 175 pounds her mother enrolled into martial arts. That's when she began to appreciate fitness. Jillian was determined to reach her goals — and through dedication and hard work, she did. It translated into every other aspect of her life — her confidence, self-worth, self-esteem.  This originated to Jillian's passion for fitness training.

Jillian has been a pro fitness trainer and wellness coach for over 20 years with various certificates in personal training and, nutrition and wellness consultant as well as lots of achievement continuing education series for trainers.
