FLOW Is Back!


Good day my lovely readers!

FLOW is back! Thanks for hang in around despite lack of posts.... your patience is appreciated.


How are my awesome peeps doing? How was your weekend? Mine was great! Thanks for asking (LOL). Hope your journeys on to healthier lifestyles are working and your seeing changes. Eat clean, Work hard! It's up to you to make it happen. Time is precious don't waste it. To all those delaying saying tomorrow, tomorrow never comes start TODAY!



Okay confession time! Here is the downside of not being active (for a month plus due to severe ab muscle tear) and eating carbs a lot (most times bread!  it's new addiction to Jif extra crunchy peanut butter cause it, lol). This is to show fitness must be a lifestyle and also to turn deaf ears to naysayers (click here to read more) especially those ones who say " stop working out, you'll disappear or you're too skinny"

Anyways, who working out today?  KILL IT!  I have resumed workouts (no abs for now) and been to the gym earlier, been focusing more on compound movements to regain strength.
