Challenge Of The Week: Triple Threat Tabata

Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is very short but intense workout. This short but effective and intense calorie-burning workout will burn fat and improve your fitness.

It'll take you about 10 minutes and this HIIT and metabolism-boosting workout uses your own body weight, strength training and plyometrics to really burn fat and take full advantage of the after-burn effect (so you continue burning calories long after the sweat-fest is over).

For this week’s challenge, you are going to do triple-threat sweat session for the body of your dreams. Sculpted arms, abs, butt and legs, here you come!
