Knee high incorporates lower-body strength moves and cardio bursts to help you burn fat and build lean muscle. The target muscle groups knee high work on are quadriceps, gastrocnemius, soleus, gluteus maximus, rectus abdominis, hamstrings, abductors, adductors, tibialis anterior.
How to perfom this move:
- Stand straight with your feet hip width apart, looking straight, chin up and arms hanging down by your side
- Jump from one foot to the other at the same time lifting your knees as high as possible, waist height is advisable.
- Your arms should be following the motion and be sure to land by touchimg the ground with the balls of your feet.
- Perform for 30 seconds to 60 seconds to increase your heart rate .
