Tip of the Week: Gains

One of the Question I noticed (at my gym) a lot people especially men, ask is why they aren't gaining muscle mass. It's simply because your doing too much Cardio! During a bulking phase you need to increase heavy weights and decrease cardio! Otherwise your burning more calories or equal to what your consuming.

Aim for;

Musle mass: 90% weights training, 10% cardio.

Leaning: 70% weights trainin, 30% cardio.

Lose weight: 30% weights training, 70% cardio.

Note above is rough guide

Recipe: No Cheese Cauliflower Frittata

Thank God it's Friday!!!

I have been quite busy these days and there's demand for recipes  meals I post on my Facebook page. I will try my best to blog them all.

Frittata is a staple dish originating from Italy, an egg-based meal with cheese as a key ingredient. I wanted a meal I can eatwhole not side, so I made mine without cheese and yeah, less calorie! This recipe is a hearty high-wow, low-difficuly dish enriched with various ingredients and can be eaten as breakfast,  lunch or dinner.

Make It Count!

Good morning my  beautiful blog visitors!

Every day is valuable and every moment is valuable, make it count! One day you will realize you've never done stiff you wanted to do, like leading a healthy ifestyle.  As you get older you lose muscle mass, which is why it is harder to keep the weight off. Our bodies' energy needs slowly reduce as we lose muscle mass thus, we can't eat the same amount as we used to without gaining weight.  Again, takes your body longer to heal, recover, grow as get older!
